Lead Basement Technician
We're looking for a motivated individual with basic construction knowledge who can install each basement drainage or foundation repair system using company-approved and quality-driven methods to provide safe and effective systems along with a remarkable experience to our customers.
Take a walk through an average day...

Typically work Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (hours will vary depending on job site and seasonal adjustments).

Load materials, tools, and equipment on the company truck for each project.

Install each job using company-approved and quality driven methods.

Unload and clean the truck upon return to the shop and complete paperwork.

What We Need for this Role

Construction experience is preferable, but not required.

Unrestricted lifting ability.

Ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl.

Ability to work overtime if needed.

Good communication skills between customers and other employees.
